How it works

A thermoplastic matrix forms the geometry while continuous carbon or glass fiber is placed along planned paths to reinforce selected layers and regions.

Why fiber direction matters

Continuous fiber performs best along its reinforcement direction. Geometry, load paths, holes, interfaces and print orientation must therefore be evaluated as one system.
