Continuous fiber performs best along its reinforcement direction. Geometry, load paths, holes, interfaces and print orientation must therefore be evaluated as one system.

PA-CF, PETG, PC, PEEK and PPS systems can address different temperature, toughness and environmental needs. Availability and suitability are confirmed per project.

There is no universal strength value for every printed part. Performance changes with matrix, fiber volume, fiber path, geometry, print parameters and test direction.
