Quotation reflects the complete manufacturing route, not only the external size or the weight of the finished part.
Material and reinforcement
Matrix selection, continuous-fiber type, reinforced regions and fiber-path complexity change material use and process time. More reinforcement is not automatically the most efficient design.
Quantity and finishing
One-off setup, inserts, secondary finishing, inspection needs, packaging and destination influence the quotation. Supplying complete requirements helps avoid unnecessary assumptions.
